While we hope that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience, Custom Engraved items are not eligible for return/exchange unless a mistake was made on our part.
All items shipped from Engravings Direct are new and in working order.
Form of Payment:
Refunds, if issued, will be issued in the original form of payment minus shipping and handling fees unless otherwise stated. If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
